1. Place transparent over nail and press down on left and right sidewalls to crease

2. Use pen to mark one side and then the other side

3. Carefully remove tape from nail and place on measuring tape/ruler etc.

4. Make sure your lines are lined up and count the millimeters (mm).

1. Make sure to remove any existing product from nail beds with polish remover or acetone. Start with freshly washed hands.

2. Use the cuticle stick provided to gently push cuticles back.

3. Use file provided to buff off any exposed cuticle or shine on the natural nail.

4. Choose appropriately sized sticky tabs and apply to nails. If applying with glue, I recommend adding a little glue to the nail and your natural nail or just add glue to the press-on for application.

5. Apply press-on nails one at a time, pressing firmly and holding for about 10 seconds.

The soak off method has been shown to work fairly well when your nails are adhered with the sticky tabs.

1. Using a bowl or similar container filled with very warm water and soap and/or oil has shown to work for this method.

2. Gently lift nails off with cuticle stick or something similar and clean nails of any glue residue with an alcohol wipe.

• Freshly glued on nails will hold firmer and be more difficult to remove.
• Removal of glued on press on nails is not recommended before at least one week has passed.
